Reservations are not required, but are recommended, especially on days with rain, extreme heat, or smoke.

Once a play session has started, online booking closes. Please call our front desk to be added to the current session!

Cancellation Policy: Cancel your booking 24-hours before your reservation for a full refund. Cancellations less than 24-hours will receive session credits back to their account.

Arrival time: Arrive anytime during your reservation window. If the next session is fully booked, we kindly ask that you limit your play time to your reservation window. (We’ll let you know at check-in!)
