Our Rules
The safety of our guests and families is our highest priority. All guests will be asked to follow the rules below to play in our space:
Parents are responsible for the supervision of their accompanying minors for the duration of their stay. Please respect our equipment & facility!
Age limit: 5 and under.
If your child has a sibling who is 5+ years old, we may be willing to make an exception. Please reach out to our team.
No shoes past check-in area. Grip socks are required for kids.
Please plan your visit for another time if you or your child are feeling sick or exhibiting signs of illness (fever, coughing, sneezing, diarrhea).
All guests must complete a safety & liability waiver prior to enjoying our space. Save time at check-in by completing the waiver online ahead of time here.
Kids’ food + drinks may only be consumed in the front cafe area.
Adults may enjoy lidded beverages in the play space.
No glass containers.
Outside food & drinks are welcome. Please, nut-free snacks only to limit allergens in our space.
Guests who are creating an unsafe and unkind environment may be asked to leave.
No strollers past check-in area, to limit dirt and germs in the play space. Please keep in mind that we have limited stroller parking.
