Our Rules

The safety of our guests and families is our highest priority. All guests will be asked to follow the rules below to play in our space:

  • Parents are responsible for the supervision of their accompanying minors for the duration of their stay. Please respect our equipment & facility!

  • Age limit: 5 and under.

  • If your child has a sibling who is 5+ years old, we may be willing to make an exception. Please reach out to our team.

  • No shoes past check-in area. Grip socks are required for kids.

  • Please plan your visit for another time if you or your child are feeling sick or exhibiting signs of illness (fever, coughing, sneezing, diarrhea).

  • All guests must complete a safety & liability waiver prior to enjoying our space. Save time at check-in by completing the waiver online ahead of time here.

  • Kids’ food + drinks may only be consumed in the front cafe area.

  • Adults may enjoy lidded beverages in the play space.

  • No glass containers.

  • Outside food & drinks are welcome. Please, nut-free snacks only to limit allergens in our space.

  • Guests who are creating an unsafe and unkind environment may be asked to leave.

  • No strollers past check-in area, to limit dirt and germs in the play space. Please keep in mind that we have limited stroller parking.
